We will supply property reports on any properties you are looking at buying from RP Data along with reports from the lenders to give you a much better idea of what the property is worth.  We also assist with information on what clauses to write on the contract of sale and organise First Home Owner Grants and REBA rebates on fees for first home owners.

Lenders change rates and invariably your loan rate will end up not being competitive compared to what is available to new to lender clients.  You can contact us at any time to assist with your loan in getting it repriced or refinancing (sometimes the process on re-pricing is simpler for the client to ring the retention team direct bu we can assist in providing this information).
